British Colony. Victoria Specimen 5 Cents 1883-H SP67 PCGS, Heaton mint, KM5, Prid-128A, Sweeney-HK4. The peak grade awarded for this comparatively low-mintage series date by either of the major third party grading services, with an unknown portion of the original quarter of a million-coin mintage struck in Proof or Specimen format. Lightly mottled on the obverse, and endowed with glassy mirrored surfaces filled with die polish lines.
