The first example of the type we have been able to locate coming to auction in over 6 years, the previous of which ranked a full three points lower. Despite the NGC census lacking population data for this older certification, auction records suggest that very few representatives survive anywhere near to Mint State, the majority suffering post-mint alteration and frequently seeing use in jewelry.
