Fukien. Republic 10 Cents ND (1913) MS62 NGC, KM-Y382, L&M-302, Kann-704b. Variety with inverted A for V in province. A surprisingly fleeting minor, with only one example certified finer at NGC, and just one example, an MS61, appearing to have come to auction in the last 5 years. Though heavily doubled in the English lettering, the V in PROVINCE does seem to show a horizontal strut.
