Thieu Tri 4 Tien ND (1841-1847) MS65 NGC, KM279, Schr-254, S&H-Unl. 15.08gm. A most atypical grade for any type from this 'presentation' series of Annamese coins, with pieces more commonly coming bent, cleaned, tooled, or with evidence of mount removals. This specimen presents none of those issues whatsoever, with an even, well-struck flan tinged mildly with iridescence. Presently the single finest in the NGC census by 3 grade points, and an absolute must for the connoisseur.
