SELEUCID KINGDOM. Philip I Philadelphus (ca. 95/4-76/5 BC). AR tetradrachm (25mm, 12h). NGC Choice XF. Lifetime or Posthumous issue of Antioch on the Orontes or another (eastern?) mint. Diademed head of Philip I right, with bulging eyes and pouting lips, diadem ties falling straight behind; bead-and-reel border / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ / ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ / ΦΙΛΑΔΕΛΦΟΥ, Zeus enthroned left, right leg drawn back, Nike facing right in right hand, scepter in left; frozen ΛI monogram under throne, Π in exergue, all in laurel border.
