Syria Banque de Syrie et du Grand-Liban 10 Livres 1939 Pick 39C PMG Very Fine 25. A rare note, the sole graded example registered in the PMG Population Report, features a lovely landscape vignette of Ornate ruins encased in an artistically designed frame depicted on the back. An arrangement of well blended subtle orange, brown and yellow inks create a tranquil effect on this note. Overprinted on Pick 31 and watermarked with a horses head in a rope patterned frame, this would be a great addition to any collection.
