Provisional Republic copper Proof Pattern 10 Centavos 1870 P-CT PR64 Red and Brown NGC, Potosi mint, KM-X2a (prev. KM-Pn2A). Choice Proof with much red brilliance and minimal handling marks preventing a higher designation. A most attractive specimen of this rare pattern, with a reported mintage of only 40 pieces and now thought to have been struck at the Potosi mint by Clemente Torretti.
