Description

Koninkrijk NL Wilhelmina (1890-1948) - 10 Cent 1944 SE (cf. Sch. 1061) - S (San Francisco mint) struck over P (Philadelphia mint) - VF/XF, extremely rare - A different die than usual, with a different crack to the left of Cent and a second crack to the right of 10, while the mint mark S is positioned slightly differently. However, the limb of the letter P under the S seems unmistakable. This is consistent with the assumption that the change in the mark was not made on a mother die but on the individual dies.
