1869-S Half. PCGS graded MS-64. CAC. Premium Quality. Well struck with intense frosty mint luster overlaid with delicate violet-grey antique toning. Scarce enough even at the current grade level (from 1995!) and undoubtedly worth reviewing today. In our opinion, this coin is destined to be regraded at least MS-65. Pop 7; 2 in 65, 1 in 66+, 1 in 67, 1 in 67+. (PCGS # 6326) Estimated Value $3,000 - UP
Originally offered in Superior's auction 29 years ago together with the Half Dime, Dime, Quarter and Half Dollar. Possibly part of an original Mint Set.
