Attica, Athens. Silver Tetradrachm (17.23g), ca. 430-420 BC. Helmeted head of Athena decorated with three olive leaves and palmette to right, frontal eye. Reverse: AΘE, owl standing right, head facing; to left, olive sprig and crescent; all within incuse square. Kroll 8; Svoronos pl 12-13. We note a tiny banker's mark on the cheek (?).
