1809 C-2 R3 VG10. Glossy chocolate brown with slightly darker olive brown toning on the reverse. Attractive for the grade. The only notable mark is a fine vertical scratch from the second S in STATES down to the left foot of A in HALF. LDS, Manley state 4.0 late. The rim cud breaks at star 11, F-A, and over the M are clearly defined in spite of the relatively low grade. Estimated Value $125 - UP
