Nero. Silver Tetradrachm (14.47 g), AD 54-68. Antioch in Syria, RY 10 and year 112 of the Caesarean era (AD 63/4). NEPΩN KAIΣAP ΣEBAΣTOΣ, laureate bust of Nero right, wearing aegis; below bust, pellet. Reverse: ETOYΣ BIP I, eagle with wings displayed standing right on thunderbolt; in right field, pellet and palm branch. McAlee 264; Prieur 90; RPC 4190. Uncleaned with original hoard patina.
