Probus (276-282 AD) Antoninian, Siscia Scarce and pictorially attractive reverse type. There are two principal types of this reverse at Siscia with the emperor galloping left (type no. 98) or right (type no. 97) over enemy. Alfoldi then distinguishes a number of further variants depending on the position of the enemy and the presence or absence of a shield next to the enemy). Virtually as struck and with full original silvering. Extremely rare in such an exceptional state of preservation! Obverse: IMP C M AVR PROBVS P F AVG Radiate bust left in consular robe, holding eagle-tipped sceptre (scipio).
Reverse: VIRTVS PROBI AVG / XXIQ Emperor on horse galloping right over enemy.

Istnieją dwa główne typy tego rewersu w Siscji z cesarzem galopującym w lewo (typ nr 98) lub w prawo (typ nr 97) nad wrogiem. Alfoldi wyróżnia następnie kilka dalszych wariantów w zależności od pozycji wroga oraz obecności tarczy obok wroga lub jej braku.    Wspaniały menniczy egzemplarz z pełnym srebrzeniem.
