★ Of the highest rarity ★
Cilicia, Uncertain. Circa 450-400 BC. 1/3 Stater (Silver, 13,4 mm, 3.25 g.). Nude Herakles advancing to right. Rev. Bull standing to right, laurel branch above; all within dotted linear square within incuse square. BMC Cyprus pl. XXV, 10. Very fine. Of the highest rarity, an enegmatic issue attributed also to Golgoi, based on a few similar example sold by Roma Numismatics and Leu Numismatik. Somewhat struck on a very small flan but probably of the finest style of all known, even some parts are apparently off center.
