Thrace. Hadrianopolis. Gordian III, AD 238-244. AE (Bronze, 27 mm, 11.04 g). ΑΥΤ Κ Μ ΑΝΤ ΓΟΡΔΙΑΝΟϹ ΑΥ, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Gordian III to right, seen from behind. Rev. ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟΠΟΛΕΙΤΩΝ, Hera standing left, holding patera and sceptre. Youroukova 473, 600, and 606; Lindgren III, 65; RPC VII.2, 710. About good very fine.
