Thessaly. Larissa, circa 356-342 BC. AR Drachm (Silver, 18.5 mm, 5.78 g.). Head of the nymph Larissa facing three quarters to left, adorned with ampyx, pendant earring and necklace. Rev. ΛΑΡΙΣ - ΑΙΩΝ, horse grazing right. BCD Thessaly II, 315; HGC 4, 454. Good very fine. Nicely toned. Attractive portrait style struck in high relief.
