Thrace. Apollonia Pontika, circa 470-435 BC. AR Drachm (Silver, 13.5 mm, 3.24 g.). Facing Gorgoneion with tongue protruding, serpents around. Rev. Upright anchor; in field, [crayfish] to left and A to right. SNG BM Black Sea 157; SNG Bulgaria Russe 2, 120-168; HGC 3.2, 1323. Reverse off-centered. Lightly toned. About good very fine.
