Antoninus Pius, AD 153-154. Rome. Bronze Sestertius ( 30 mm, 31.49 g.). ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XVII, laureate head of Antoninus Pius to right. Rev. LIBERTAS COS IIII, Libertas standing front, looking right, holding pileus in her right hand and extending her left. S-C across fields. RIC 916a. About good very fine. Some areas of rougness and brown-reddish spots, otherwise, struck in high relief with a magnificent green patina and a noble portrait of the emperor.
