Phocas, 602-610 AD. Bronze 40 Nummi (33 mm, 13,55 g.). Cyzicus, RY 8= 609/610 AD. D N FOCAS PЄRP AVG, crowned bust facing of Phocas, wearing consular robes, holding mappa and cross; small cross in left field / ANNO above large XXXX, ς (date) to right; KYZB in exergue. MIBE 76; cf. DOC 70-76; Sear 665. Good very fine with clear facing portrait of consular style and lovely brown patina, excellently centered.
