Macedon. Amphipolis, circa 1st century BC. AE (24.3 mm, 11.23 g). Facing winged gorgoneion. Rev. ΑΜΦΙΠΟ - ΛEΙΤΩΝ, Athena standing left, holding Nike, spear and shield. SNG ANS 147; SNG Copenhagen 85. Some corrosion. Very fine. Rare.
