Euboea. Chalkis, circa 338-308 BC. AR Drachm (17.1 mm, 3.65 g.). Head of the nymph Chalkis to right, wearing single-pendant earring, and necklace. Rev. XAΛ above, eagle with spread wings, grappling with serpent; caduceus to right. SNG Cop. 438; Picard Emission 3; BCD Euboia 124. Nicely toned. Good very fine.
