Faustina II, 147-176 AD. AR Denarius (18 mm, 3,14 g.) Rome. FAVSTINA AVGVSTA. Draped bust of Faustina II to right. Rev. CERES. Ceres, veiled, seated left on cista, holding two grain ears and torch. RIC 669 (Marcus Aurelius). Nicely toned, wonderful portrait of the empress. Nearly extremely fine with a lovely iridescent tone.
