Troas, Abydos. 2nd.-1st. Century BC. AE (13 mm, 2,23 g.). Laureate head of Artemis to right. Rev. ABY Eagle standing right; before, winged caduceus. BMC 46-7 var. (different symbols). SNG Ashmolean 973-7 var. Good very fine with a lovely brownish patina with a greenish highlights. Rarer later bronze series, especially in this grade and style.
