Trajan, AD 98-117. AR Denarius. (19,37mm. 3,24 g.). AD 103-111, Rome. IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC PM TR P, laureate head right, slight drapery on left shoulder. Rev. COS V PP SPQR OPTIMO PRINC, Victory walking left over round and oblong shield, holding wreath and palm. RIC 131; BMCRE 337; RSC 77; Strack 126; Sear 3130. Good very fine. Nice coin with a bold portrait and lovely iridescent tone.
