Pontos. Amisos. Time of Mithradates VI Eupator, ca. 85-65 BC. AE (25,5mm, 21,38 g.). Male head (of Mithradates VI ?) to right, wearing bashlyk. Rev. AMIΣOY Unstrung bow and quiver. HGC 7, 236. SNG BMC Black Sea 1135-1138. Extremely Fine with a lovely black natural patina and an exceptional portrait of fine style.
