Kingdom of Macedon, Alexander III the Great AR Drachm (17,3mm. 4,2g.). Uncertain mint in Western Asia Minor, circa 323-280 BC. Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. Zeus Aëtophoros seated to left, holding sceptre; ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ to right, cornucopiae below throne. Price 2753; Müller 370; SNG Copenhagen 959. Good Very Fine.
