Macedon, Philippi, Divus Marcus Aurelius. died in 180 AD. AE (25mm, 10,7 g.). Struck after 180 AD. DIVO MAR ANTONINO Radiate head of Marcus Aurelius to right Rev. C P Roma standing left, holding spear in her left hand and phiale in her right, sacrificing over a low altar to the left; all with the gate of Philippi, formed of two high round towers connected by a curved wall behind with three square turrets.
