Thessaly, Larissa. Circa 380-365 BC. AR Drachm (18mm, 6.05 g.). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left. Rev. Mare and foal standing right. BCD Thessaly II 294-297; HGC 4, 444. Irregulary shaped flan, offcentered rear part of the mare and missing legend, beautiful dramatic portrait of Nymph Larissa. Good Very Fine. Scarce.
