Reverse: TEMPORVM FELICITAS S C, Crossed cornucopias from which a grape bunch flanked by which two grain ears hand, each surmounted by busts of infants Aelius and Aurelius face to face, COS IIII in exergue.

Struck to establish a new dynasty after the birth of the boys to Marcus Aurelius and Faustina. They both died in infancy however. The type is clearly modeled on the sestertius of Drusus issued depicting his sons.
