Obv.: Bust of the Virgin orans with the medallion of the Christ child before her. Sigla at left and right: Μ(ήτη)]ρ Θ(εο)ῦ. Border of dots.
Rev.: Inscription of five lines: Θ(εοτό)κε β(οή)θ(ει) Νηκήτᾳ [δ]υσυπάτο το Καλλοζόσ(τῃ). Border of dots.
Translation: Mother of God, help Niketas Kallozostes, dishypatos.
