Alexius I Comnenus, AD 1081-1118. Bl, Trachy. 4.02 g. 25.91 mm. Philippopolis (?).
Obv: Christ seated facing on backless throne, with nimbus cross, holding book of gospels and raising right hand; IC-XC to left and right.
Rev: Alexius standing facing, wearing crown and loros with fold over left arm, holding labarum and cross on globe.
