Kings of Macedon, Alexander III 'the Great'. AR Drachm, 3.66 g 17.11 mm. 336-323 BC. Abydos.
Obv: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin.
Rev: AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ. Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre. Monogram in left field, male head with Phrygian cap below throne.
