Obv.: Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross: κέν[σ]ωρα Βα[σ]ίλειον [ἡ] σφραγὶς [γ]ράφει. A decoration below. Border of dots.
Rev.: Inscription of six lines beginning with a cross: [σκ]ρίβαν κριτὴν τε τὸν [ἐ]κ τοῦ γέ[νους] Σκρί[βαν]. Border of dots.
Translation: The seal inscribes the kensor, judge, and skribas Basil, a Skribas by descent.
