Obv.: [IC]-XC to left and right of Christ, nimbate, seated facing, holding book of Gospels.
Rev.: [ΑΛΕΖΙ] Δ[ΕC ΠΟT]. Crowned bust of Alexius facing, wearing jewelled chlamys, holding cross-tipped sceptre and cross on globe.
