Obv: Facing busts of Constans II, large and with long beard and Constantine IV, smaller and beardless, both wearing crowns with cross and Constans with a plume above as well; between them, cross.
Rev: VICTORIA A[VGЧ] Δ (?) / CONOB. Cross potent on base and three steps between standing facing and crowned figures of Heraclius and Tiberius, each holding a globus cruciger in right hand.
