Obv: Cruciform invocative monogram (type VIII): Κύριε βοήθει. In the quarters: τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of four lines: +Συ[με]ὼν κούρσορι το[…]. Border of dots.
Translation: Lord, help your servant Symeon, kourator of ?
Weight: 9.27 g.
Diameter: 21.03 mm.
