Obv: Bust of the Mother of God, nimbed and draped, holding the nimbed Child in her left arm. They each extend a hand in an attitude of blessing. Sigla: [Μήτη]ρ [Θεοῦ]. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of five lines: Θ(εοτό)κε β(οή)θ(ει) [τ]ῷ σῷ δού(λῳ) [Θ]εοδώρ(ῳ) π(ατ)ρ(ικ)ί(ῳ) (καὶ) κριτ(ῇ) τ(οῦ) βή(λου) τῷ Πρ(ω)τεύοντ(ι). Border of dots.
