Obv: Cruciform invocative monogram (type XIV): Χριστὲ βοήθει. Wreath border.
Rev: Inscription of four lines: + τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοφάν(ῃ). Wreath border.
Translation: Christ, help Theophanes.
Weight: 10.94 g.
Diameter: 22.15 mm.
