AE Ottoman archer’s ring (AD 12th–17th centuries)
A bronze archer’s ring. The ring with flat-section hoop and triangular flange extension which served to protect the bow-thumb from the bowstring. Incised star design.
Weight: 3.87 g.
Diameter: 17.21 mm.
