Obv: Cruciform invocative monogram of indeterminate type. In the quarters: [τῷ σῷ] δούλῳ. No border visible.
Rev: Inscription of four lines: […] σπαθ[αρο]κανδ(ι)δ(άτῳ) (καὶ) [κλι]σουριάρχ(ῃ) Σελευκ(είας). No border visible.

Translation: Lord/Mother of God, help your servant N., [imperial] spatharokandidatos and kleisouriarches of Seleukeia.

The addition of βασιλικός (imperial) to the title protospatharios is conjectural, but is associated with the office of kleisouriarches on other seals.
