Obv: Inscription of three lines: σφραγὶς σεβαστῆς. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of three lines: Μαρίας τ(ῆς) Δουκαίνης. Border of dots.
Translation: Seal of the sebaste Maria Doukaina.
