Thrace, Perinthus. Trajan. AD 98-117. AE. 10.00 g. 24.55 mm.
Obv: ΑΥ ΚΑΙ ΝΕ ΤΡΑΙΑΝΟΣ ΣΕΒΑ Γ Ε. Laureate head of Trajan, right.
Rev: ΠΕΡΙΝΘΙΩΝ. Demeter veiled standing left, holding two ears of corn in right hand, left resting on long sceptre.
Ref: Savaco Au 8th, Lot 651; RPC 689 var. (radiate).
Probably the second example of Trajan's laureate.
