Obv: ✷ΘE-OFILbASIL. Crowned, three-quarter length figure of Theophilus facing, wearing chlamys, holding patriarchal cross and akakia.
Rev: + ΘEO FILE AVϚ OVStE SV nICAS in four lines. Large M with cross above, XXX in left field, NNNI in right field, and Θ below.
