Justin II, AD 565-578. AV, Solidus. 4.46 g. 20.73 mm. Constantinople.
Obv: DNI-VSTI-NVSPPAVI. Frontal bust of Justin II with shield and cuirass and wearing helmet with plume, diadem, and pendilia. Globe surmounted by Victory figure in right hand.
Rev: VICTORI-AAVCCCZ / CONOB. Constantinopolis seated looking right with helmet, tunic, and mantle. Spear in right hand, globus cruciger in left hand.
