Only 3 coins certified finer by NGC. Charming lustrous exemplar with beautiful toning and mirror-like fields. The rarest ½ kopeck coin from the reign of Nicholas II, absent from many collections of 19th-century Russian copper coins. Bitkin 265 R2; 3 roubles according to Petrov; 4 roubles according to Ilyin. Extremely rare!
