Obv.: Seven national arms (Austria, France, Turkey, Sardinia, Prussia, Great Britain, and Russia) arranged in a decorative circle, surrounding the date 1856 in the center. Between the shields — scrolling foliage and angelic motifs. Rev.: Allegorical figure of Europe seated to the left, holding a sword and a shield inscribed with the names of the seven powers. She receives an olive branch from winged Victory approaching from the right.
