Nice specimen with rich, aged toning. Regnal titulature: al-sultan al-mu'azzam shahanshah al-a'zam Mu‘izz al-Dunya wa’l-Din. Album 1675. Dinars of the Great Saljuq dynasty are known to have been struck in both fine and pale gold, although those issued from the eastern mints of the sultanate are exclusively in pale gold. Specimens with both mint and year well preserved are relatively uncommon and merit significant attention.
