Abbasid (al-Muhammadiyya) AR dirham AH 189 (804-05 AD) - al-Rashid (AH 170-193 / 786-809 AD)
2.86g. 24mm. VF/XF. Album 219.2; Lowick 1889. Not in Shams Eshragh since Shams Eshragh 1064 is actually Lowick 1882. A lovely specimen representing the Early Abbasid epigraphic style, developed between 750 and 832 AD.
