Maximianus. First reign, AD 286-305. AR Argenteus (19mm, 3.25 g, 6h). Siscia mint, 2nd officina. Struck circa AD 294-295. MAXIMIA NVS AVG, laureate head right / VIRTVS MILITVM, four tetrarchs sacrificing over tripod before city enclosure with eight turrets. RIC VI 43b; Jeločnik 12a; RSC 625†f. Fully lustrous. Superb EF. As struck.
