KINGS of MACEDON. Philip III Arrhidaios. 323-317 BC. AV Stater (18mm, 8.58 g, 3h). In the name and types of Alexander III. Bablyon mint. Struck under Archon, Dokimos, or Seleukos I, circa 323-318/7 BC. Head of Athena right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet decorated with coiled serpent, and pearl necklace / B-AΣIΛEΩ[Σ] ΦIΛIΠΠO[Y], Nike standing left, holding wreath and stylis; ΛY below left wing, M below right wing.
